+1 on the first item. I've been following the discussion on the dev
list.
0 on the second. As we've discussed on the phone, the Pulsar-related
stuff that doesn't directly apply to MTJ needs to _eventually_ have a
home outside of MTJ, in my opinion. This sounds like a stop-gap measure
for now. It's your call.

I think that a planning council rep should answer this.
My personal opinion is: given that MTJ is not in any package,
go for it. But I am not a planning council rep.
