RE: [dsdp-pmc] Project meta data is out of date for dsdp

Hi Doug and all,

I fixed this issue and added the requested link to the DSDP
Navbar, but the "About this Project" information page has 
some issues: 
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project_summary.php?projectid=dsdp

1. Description is way too long and duplicates information. This
   is currently just a copy of the homepage but should be much
   more concise.

2. RTSC not listed as subproject

3. Incorrect PMC members "Martin Klause", "Michael Scharf" listed

4. Bugzilla Link missing

For (2) and (3) I'm not sure whom to ask, but (1) and (4)
should be possible for Doug to fix in the Portal (I do not
have access to the Portal Metadata for DSDP Toplevel).
