[dsdp-pmc] new eclipse users use it for embedded applications

I just stumbled over the new eclipse community survey:

Here are some interesting results related to embedded software:

- On page 6 and 36: eclipse for embedded software:
  12% of users using eclipse more than 3 years
  28% of users using eclipse less than 1 year

- However, few people use eclipse for real applications (page 37)

- only 2% deploy on a embedded os (page 59)

- but 10% of the new user deploy on embedded (page 62)

- 40% of the eclipse users from hardware companies use eclipse
  to develop software for internal use (page 81)
