RE: [dsdp-pmc] Broken Links to EclipseCon on websites

Never mind.
The problem with the EclipseCon server has been fixed --
the MySQL buzilla database had been crashed and incorrectly
restored, so the state of some submissions was wrong. That's
why the original links failed but the "fixed" ones worked.
Now, each of the links works again.
