Unfortunately, I'm also not able to find an available wm J9 to dowload. Here is the link

of supported IBM WEME solution. For J9 on Windows Mobile 5.0, you still need
to write a mail to IBM representative for a trial copy. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm looking for j9 because I need it for deploy eRCP applications in my 
device, but this JVM doesn't exist anymore and it has been replaced by 
Lotus Expeditor Toolkit. I've downloaded a trial version and it works 
fine, but it doesn't include the runtime client for devices for deploy 
the applications.

Does it exist any free alternative?
