Re: [dsdp-ercp-dev] Workbench loads config.ini again

I looked through the desktop version of the ui.workbench (HEAD, R_3_2_2,
R_3_1_0) but there wasn't any sign of this. I think this is something
which was introduced in the eRCP version of ui.workbench. The CVS
history shows that it is needed for the headless operation of the workbench.
