RE: [dsdp-dd-dev] IP-XACT editor and checker checked in.

Anthony,
We need at least one feature in order to add your IP-XACT editor/checker
to the Device Debug M7.
Would you like to create the feature(s) or would you prefer to advise me
in your desired feature/plugin structure so that I can commit the
feature(s)?

Ted, I created https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=186555 for
adding this to the build. If possible, it would be nice to get this
into M7.
