[Dltk-dev] Committer vote for Jae Gangemi has been approved by the PMC

The PMC has approved the vote for Jae Gangemi's full Committer status on
the technology.dltk project. The next step is for the project lead to
return to the portal and fill in the CVS package and employer information
for Jae Gangemi.
