The webmaster has already fixed the issue - if you want to do some bugzilla searches to see bugs modified I have added some example searches to: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/1362#note_777353

I guess without Eclipse Platform on bugzilla full time anymore it took longer to notice this outage.
