[cross-project-issues-dev] TM4E Feature renamed

Hi folks,

The TM4E project has renamed the main feature id. This rename has been contributed to the simrel for RC1. 

The old name, tm-feature is now the fully qualified name org.eclipse.tm4e.feature.
