merged https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/141920/.
@Sam: I'm not aware of anyone deliberately removing your commit rights
for simrel. Please open a Bugzilla issue to resolve this:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Community&component=Cross-Project.
