+1 for one per named release, updated for each update, along with
a moving target to follow the latest release.

Jonah, Fred,
even for Platform a.k.a. as
Eclipse
SDK this isn't true anymore. We had new features in 4.6.1 and
4.6.2.
http://help.eclipse.org/should always point to the latest
release, but we should also keep help
centers for older releases like http://help.eclipse.org/mars/index.jsp.
I don't think we should manage help centers for each update
release though.

Hi Fred,

features or
introduce breaking changes, but mostly fix bugs.
Can you confirm the "*should*" applies only to the platform?
AFAIK the
whole idea of changing from SRx style to .x style was to
acknowledge
that .x releases did indeed add new features. Projects such as
CDT do
release new features in .x releases. (An example for CDT is
the new
debugger console in Neon.2)
Thanks,
