[cross-project-issues-dev] PTP may be late for +2

Due to a late change in CDT [1] that has broken the PTP build, we may not be able to make the +2 deadline. It's hard to estimate when this will be fixed, as I've only just started looking at this, so I don't know the extent of the changes that will be necessary.
