 From what I understand (and from what I see through p2-browser), the Kepler
update-site is actually a composite with specific entries for GA,
SR1 and SR2, namely:
- http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler/201306260900/ for GA
- http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler/201309270900/ for SR1
- http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler/201402280900/ for SR2

Pointing directly to one of these should get you only the specific release.
