I haven't checked that, actually. I just noticed that it was disabled, but we're not using the CDO/EMF Compare integration anyway (Not yet, at least). If it's simply been moved, everything's ok.

Good question. I think at the beginning of the Luna cycle I had to remove it because of GMF Tooling joined late. And later I probably forgot to add it back. I'll try fix this early in the M4 cycle. Thanks for pointing it out!
