To be clear, our build generates a handoff file on
/opt/public/rt/eclipselink. The file could not be created by hudson,
and so the build is failing with file-not-found/permission denied.
The hudsonBuild user used to have permissions here (build area)
though it didn't to
/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/rt/eclipselink (download
area).
