Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Eclipse Foundation Software User Agreement

Yes there is a new SUA that we should all be using for Indigo. See details in:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=337934

Things are improving slowly but surely. In M6, 21% of features had the new SUA, and in M7 it is 41%. The SUA change is relatively minor this year, so I don't know how strict the EMO will be in enforcing this come release time. However there is also the "looks goofy" problem when the user is presented with two Eclipse SUA's that look almost the same.

[cross-project-issues-dev] Eclipse Foundation Software User        Agreement

Hi *,

I am testing to update my packages from M7 to RC1 and while I am doing this, I found out that some of the features are still using the old version of the user agreement:

Eclipse Foundation Software User Agreement
April 14, 2010

others use the updated version

Eclipse Foundation Software User Agreement
February 1, 2011

My expectation was that every item that can be installed from our Simultaneous Release repository should use the new version...

Regards, Markus
