I think that's a bit unfair. If IBM or anyone else has legitimate
concerns about a change to deliverables we should respond.
Speaking for MDT/OCL against which this was first raised as a bug, I am
happy to make the appropriate one line change to our build procedures
when someone tells us what that change should be and when that change
is generally thought appropriate/useful.
