[cross-project-issues-dev] Who is using/doing Galileo "bucky builds"?

and ... maybe ... causing a flood of emails? 

Myself and others have been getting a flood of emails about builds failing 
... but, they are not failing on build.eclipse.org (at least, not that 
badly). 

The emails look similar to the following .. and you can see from the "job 
number" (12) that it is not build.eclipse.org. We are over 450 builds 
there. 

This can occur if someone uses the Buckminster Galileo builder "locally" 
and includes the -production flag on the command line. Please don't use 
the -production flag. 

But do use the Buckminster builder locally! Great way to check your stuff. 

Soon, I'll make "host name" a variable, and then we'll all know who the 
culprit is ... if you don't fix it quick! ;)
