You only need to ensure that each plug-in has an about.html and that it is
accurate. If the content of your plug-in didn't change from a legal
perspective (e.g. no new or changed third party code that's included in the
plug-in) then you don't have to change the about.html. At least that's the
rule we use in the Eclipse project.

Hi all,
I remember replacing all the dates in our about.html files in one of the
last year's releases.
Was there any discussion / resolution about what to do this year? Just keep
the dates as they are
(I have some about.html with dates back in 2007) or do we have any rules /
guidelines?
