Hi,
Don't know if this is the best list for this issue, but it certainly  
affects everyone updating/mirroring with p2.

When obtaining the list of mirrors, it is supposed to return a list  
that is suitably sorted. The order is important as p2 is more likely  
to pick one of the first mirrors.
Who is in charge of maintaining the mirrors information? Your input is
