Sorry for the problem we caused - update site and .sc file got out of
sync. This is fixed now.

This particular build failure is a non-issue, but ... 

I did remove "" file from list of those processed, since it's been
failing since yesterday, and since I (or, should I say "we") need to get
some builds to complete to push changes through to the staging site, epp
packages, etc. 

I'll likely add it back before I finish with the tasks I'm doing this
evening, but just wanted to explain what was gong on.
