There are no new features planned. We have many contributors
who submit bug fixes, including several that were contributed for RC1.
 I don't see why they can't continue to contribute bug fixes or documentation
right up to our last build in the middle of June. Our ramp down process
requires additional committers, component leads, and ultimately the PMC
to approve and review any change that is released, but no restrictions
on who writes the code. I expect the number and size of contributed fixes
after this point to be quite small.
