Denis, what time is first thing in the
morning for you? Some of my mornings start at noon :) 

But, seriously, There was a last minute
fix in ECF last night, which, due to good build hygiene, 
requires a complete re-creation that
is still in progress (running the pack part now). 
I expect it to be finished about 9:30
or 10:00, and after that, I'd like to give a quick inspection and the 
smallest of sanity tests so, I'd say
it'll be ready for freezing and promotion from staging to releases at 
about 10:30 AM (Eastern), unless anyone
objects. 

And ... Markus ... Scott has said this
one fixed ECF plugin does not effect any of the EPP packages, so no 
need to re-spin those.

According to the plan, there's a download server freeze
planned for 
Monday, May 12.  I'll freeze first thing Monday morning (Eastern Time)
and confirm to this list, unless anyone objects.
