Asked to not use for Europa/Ganymede [1, 2, 3], true (because they broke
the build).
Forced to not use because of changes in p2 which are now fixed [4].

If p2 supports it as well as Update Manager did, then really, Ganymede
should too, IMHO. But site generation (Ganymatic) and site use (p2
Install Manager) are two different things...
