[cross-project-issues-dev] Reminder on Callisto RC4 plans and activities

I thought it worth reminding everyone
that Callisto RC4 is coming up faster than Callisto release candidates
have in the past (well .. seems faster to me :) 
and, I think, some teams may need to
update the "summary of the summary" at 
   http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Callisto_Plan_Summary
For example, I'm pretty sure EMF is
up a level from previous Callisto RC ... At least I just started using
their RC5 :) 

Plus, I'm giving this reminder since
its also a "short week" for many people next week .... Monday,
the 29th, is a holiday in the US. 
So ... please remember ... no need to
wait to the last minute to update your plan documents or feature-<project>.xml
files. 
The dates listed are, after all, the
_latest_ possible date to complete your builds and update sites!
