[concierge-dev] Concierge release

I have submitted the review request for our upcoming release and after some
discussions on the IoT PMC mailing list we came to the conclusion that 

a) a version >= 1.0 is appropriate for Concierge 
b) since I actually already made a 1.0 release under Sourceforge we could
consider going higher, e.g., 2.0 or even 5.0 to indicate the level of OSGi
core compliance? 

What are your thoughts? Version 1, 2, or 5?

In the same discussion, I heard some concerns about the level of maturity of
the project so that I am considering to decouple graduation from this
release in favor of getting the release streamlined for ECE. Would you agree
that graduation could be deferred to a later release?
