CFT 1.0.2 for Neon.2 has been released, and it is included in the
Neon.2 JEE package that can be downloaded from the Eclipse downloads page:

The update site for 1.0.2 for manual update is:
http://download.eclipse.org/cft/1.0.2/
The Eclipse Marketplace for CFT (Eclipse Tools for Cloud Foundry) has
also been updated to 1.0.2.
Some key improvements:
- Support for converting upper cases in application URLs to lower
cases for certain Cloud vendors.
- Added public API in the CFT framework for SSH support.
- Fixed issues with publishing newly added child modules to an already
published parent module.
- Application deployment wizard now detects if service instances for
service bindings in manifest.yml do not exist in the target Cloud
space.
