[cft-dev] CFT 1.0 RC1 work and schedule

As we have already released 1.0.M7, we will now move on to RC1. Since
RC1 is a short iteration:

2016/05/18

and RC1 will contain the remaining public API changes to remove v1 CF
client and internal types, we will have an RC1 build available for
testing as early as:

2016/05/06

to do thorough testing.

Third-party dependencies for CFT should also be in final form for RC1,
except for unforeseen and very critical bug fixes that may occur
afterward, as we have to submit our final IP log before 2016/05/26.

With RC1 we start to shut down work for CFT 1.0 release.

The RC1 code base should be very close to the CFT release version that
is included in Eclipse Neon when it is released on 2016/06/22, and
only critical bug fixes should go in after RC1.
