[cft-dev] CFT 1.0.M7 released

We have released CFT 1.0.M7. It is now available from:

- Eclipse Neon Simultaneous Release Aggregate Repository
- Eclipse Marketplace
- Directly from this update site:

Major changes include:

- Vendor-neutral definition in New Server Wizard. To create a Cloud
Foundry server, in New Server Wizard look under "Cloud Foundry"
instead of "Pivotal"
- Breaking public API changes for those that extend CFT: Partial
removal of internal and v1 client types in public API (remaining
changes will occur in RC1).
