[cft-dev] March 16 - CFT deadline for Neon M6 aggregate build

This date is pending the review and decision of the Planning Council
on whether CFT 1.0 can be included in the Neon Simultaneous Release.

As an important date to keep in mind, and again, assuming that we get
the approval to join Neon Simultaneous Release for M6, the absolute
deadline to contributing to the aggregate build is March 23 (+3 for
M6, since we are planned as +3).

However, based on the Neon Simultaneous Release schedule here:

the guidelines specify projects should be contributed 1-2 weeks before
the absolute deadline, therefore we should keep in mind that the
latest we should be contributing to the aggregate build is March 16,
if not sooner.
