[cft-dev] CFT Inclusion into Eclipse Simultaneous Release

CFT is currently undergoing release review for 1.0 as well as
inclusion into Simultaneous Release and Eclipse Neon.

The CFT plan page has been updated to reflect items that are specific
for Neon Inclusion.

They can be viewed under "Neon Inclusion Items" here:

Note to those involved in the release: when adding a new bugzilla item
that is related to "Neon Inclusion Item", please add "releng" as a
value to "Whiteboard" in the bugzilla item.
