Can you please add the Berkeley UPC toolchain feature to Indigo?
    Unified Parallel C Berkeley UPC Toolchain Support
    org.eclipse.cdt.bupc.feature.group

We would like to include it in the new  'parallel' package (see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=331589)  but Indigo packages
cannot be built with features that are not already part of Indigo.

The BUPC toolchain feature currently  isn't installable from the Indigo repo,
it's only available on the CDT repo page or from the cdt-master zip.
