[cdt-patch] CVS-based patches for bug 104872 (Filtering undesired conten

Hi Doug (and all),
 
here is the new series of patches for
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=104792 which are based on
CVS HEAD as of yesterday morning (2005-11-15, 09:00 MES)
 
I double-checked that the patches should be applyable. I did this also
when using the SDK source distribution, but then of course also against
itself which worked fine :-)
 
Hope you'll have no more trouble applying the new patches.
