Attached is patch which resolves a problem that would occur when renaming a configuration in a Managed Build System project. Whenever the edit box used to hold the new configuration name was empty, an array index out of bounds exception would be thrown. With this change, an informative message is displayed to the user indicating that "blank" configuration names are not allowed.
