Hello folks,

I would like to do a release of CDT 10.3.1 as soon as possible. One of the featured improvements in 2021-06 release (https://www.eclipse.org/eclipseide/) is improvements in the terminal. However on macOS there is a bug that makes colors in the terminal look really bad. I have done a workaround for this and would like to push this out before the 10.4.0 release.

I have provisionally scheduled a 10.3.1 release for June 22 assuming I get some feedback on my fix.
