[cdt-dev] CDT 10.2.0 RC2 for 2021-03 RC2

Hello folks,

CDT for Eclipse 2021-03 RC2 has now been posted. I am following the steps in the "endgame" ticket.

CDT is planning on shipping 10.2.0 as part of the 2021-03 release. Please have a look at the New and Noteworthy and the active and completed bugs to see what is planned for this release.

The CDT p2 repo is https://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/10.2/cdt-10.2.0-rc2/ and is based on commit 6874b7e01  

The complete bundled C/C++ Package (the one that will be posted to https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/) will be ready this Friday/Saturday as will the CDT Standalone debugger.
