[cdt-dev] CDT 10.1.0 RC1 for 2020-12 RC1

Hello folks,

Please review any of your remaining bugs that are still open for 10.1.0 (most of them are mine - feel free to jump in if you can help). If anything is fixed in the next day or two, we can provide an updated contribution for RC1 before the end of the day Wednesday. If it can't be fixed by then, and it isn't critical, please move to the next version. New target milestones for 10.2.0 and 10.1.1 have been added to Bugzilla.

CDT for Eclipse 2020-12 RC1 has now been posted. I am following the steps in the "endgame" ticket.

CDT is planning on shipping 10.1.0 as part of the 2020-12 release. Please have a look at the New and Noteworthy and the active and completed bugs to see what is planned for this release.

The CDT p2 repo is https://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/10.1/cdt-10.1.0-rc1/ and is based on commit b5aae48f3  

The complete bundled C/C++ Package (the one that will be posted to https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/) will be ready this Friday/Saturday as will the CDT Standalone debugger.
