I'd like to sneak in one more fix, for bug 548700. CI jobs are currently running on the backport [1] and I'll merge it as soon as they finish.

Via Bug 548482 there is a request to release CDT 9.8.1 to fix support for GCC 9.1.
I plan to do this Tuesday 2nd July. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I won't have a chance to make a release record until Tuesday.
