[cdt-dev] Target platform update due soon

Hi folks,

The CDT target platform is pointing at a couple of URLs that need updating, as a result our builds are currently failing (including gerrits). I will be pushing a fix for this in a few hours, so keep a lookout and rebase your changes/reload your target platforms once I do.
