Re: [cdt-dev] Releases

I am ok with either plan, but I do have some concerns/questions about switching back to a point release.

There a number of patches to the Standalone Debugger and Autotools I would want to make available
for the SR1.  Is there a way to efficiently cherry-pick a set of commits for a plug-in or feature?

EGit at HEAD allows cherry-picking of multiple commits at once.

We will also need to change any bugs that have already targeted 8.5 that will make it to 8.4.1.

Will someone do a blanket version change for plug-ins and features or do I need to do this?
