Sergey has been kindly doing it and has done it for 8.5.
I'll bump the standalone debugger.
I'll also do it for the qt feature and the launch bar one and llvm, unless someone speaks against that.

I guess. We have so many features. It's a pretty big effort to upversion them all every release, no? Consistency is good though...

All our CDT feature versions match the CDT release version except for the standalone debugger features.
Is that on purpose (because it is a bit different) or should I move them to version 8.5 like all others?
