Re: [cdt-dev] debug context and C/C++ perspective

I wanted to know if it's expected behavior that there are no 
debugContextChanged events if Debug perspective is not open. After more 
code reading I see that LaunchView provides debug context, so no context 
if it's closed.

I will need to listen for launches and do something with that.
