Good catch. I'll update this for our next build.

I've tested CDT 6.0 on Eclipse 3.5M4 and everything seems to be working.

I found that in build.xml 1.154 

<property name="eclipseDist" value="/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.4-200806172000/eclipse-SDK-3.4-linux-gtk-ppc.tar.gz"/>

Does that mean CDT 6.0 can be installed on 3.4 eclipse? or that is just a mistake and eclipse 3.5 should be used here?
