RE: [cdt-dev] Why does CDT contribute to early Startup?

Hello Mikhail,
For CDT Debug UI, I filed this bug;
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=197178
Could somebody else comment why CDT Standard Make
contributes earlyStartup?
