I just tried it on CDT 2.1.1 and the error parser works fine.
Should I make another bug report or just add to the existing one?

problematic messages to the bug, so that if this is ever fixed, it will
also solve your problem.  Sorry I don't have a good workaround, except
removing the erroneous markers manually.
