You might get better
answers on the cdt newsgroup.
This kind of tells me
that cygwin\bin is not on your path when you launched Eclipse. We shouldnt be
depending on this but there are instances where we
do.

[cdt-dev] gcc in eclipse?
I am trying to compile a cpp
project in eclipse with gcc and I get
an error
1 Error launching external
scanner info generator (gcc -E -P -v -dD
How do I tell eclipse about gcc
?
I am running XP and I have cygwin
installed.
Is this the right mailing list for
cpp in eclipse?
