[cdt-dev] Re: MacOS X port of CDT for Eclipse
|
Ok, here's the deal. I have CDT 2.0 working on OS X with basic Mach-O
parsing (no symbols yet). Unfortunately, I'm stuck in legal hell and
can't release my code. It sounds like you are basically at the same
point, so if you are not subject to the same legal issues as me, I
might suggest offering your solution to the CDT team. I'd also be
happy to test out your port.

While scanning the CDT newsgroup archives for mentions of CDT on MacOS
X, I found a post from you indicating that you were working on a MacOS
X port. I have been doing some work on this myself, and have CDT
2.0.0 working with Eclipse 3.0M7 on MacOS X along with Mach-O support,
which is incomplete but still functional (it just doesn't spit out
symbols yet).
Are you still working on MacOS X support? Am I duplicating work that
has already been done? Are you interested in any of the work that
I've done?
