Hi,

Who generates the github personal access token used for Eclipse CI? Are we safe to regenerate our personal access tokens that are used for accessing Eclipse CI? Or would that break our personal Eclipse accounts? A friend asked me this question in response to receiving the below message from github:

We noticed your personal access token, for eclipse ci, has an outdated format and was used to access the GitHub API on _________ at 1______ (UTC) with a user-agent header of ObsoleteUrlFactory.
"
