Was going to send an email about this shortly. I am setting up packaging
of eclipse-Automated-Tests on R3 branch and this will require extra
build step for now


  mvn -f maven-cbi-plugin/pom.xml \
      clean install \
      -Dmaven.repo.local=/var/tmp/lts/localrepo


I'll update the wiki when I have everything working end-to-end
